Are Easy Morning and Easy Night suitable for sensitive skin?
Both serums are suitable for all skin types and have been dermatologically tested, including on sensitive skin. Everyone's skin is different, so if yours reacts easily, try a small amount on your inner arm or jawline first. With Easy Night, start with 2–3 evenings a week.
Are the serums fragrance-free?
Yes. Easy Morning and Easy Night are fragrance-free: there is no added parfum in either formula. You can check the full ingredient list (INCI) on each product page and on the packaging.
Can I use Easy Morning and Easy Night together?
Yes, they're designed as one routine. Use Easy Morning in the morning (followed by moisturiser if needed and sunscreen) and Easy Night in the evening. They're used at different times of day, so they don't get in each other's way.
Is Easy Night a retinol?
No. Easy Night contains 0.2% vitamin A in the form of retinyl palmitate, a gentle form of vitamin A and a gentle alternative to retinol. We chose it for calm, everyday evening care that supports skin renewal for smoother-looking skin. If you're new to vitamin A, start with 2–3 evenings a week and build up.
Can I use the serums while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Easy Night contains vitamin A and is not recommended during pregnancy. For Easy Morning, and while breastfeeding, please check with your doctor or midwife before use. They can advise based on your situation.
Do I need sunscreen with Easy Morning?
Yes. Easy Morning does not contain SPF. Finish your morning routine with a broad-spectrum sunscreen every day, especially when you're also using Easy Night in the evening.
When will I see results?
Most people notice that their skin feels hydrated and comfortable right after applying. For a fresher, more even-looking complexion, give it 4–8 weeks of consistent daily use. Results vary from person to person.
What's the right order in my routine?
Cleanse → serum (Easy Morning or Easy Night) → moisturiser → sunscreen (morning only). A few drops are enough for face and neck.
Can I combine them with other active products?
Keep it simple: Easy Night already contains vitamin A, so avoid using other vitamin A products or strong exfoliating acids on the same evening. If you're unsure, introduce one new product at a time.
How much do I save with the Duo?

How much is in one bottle?
Each serum contains 30 ml. A few drops per application are enough for face and neck.
Where do you ship, and how fast?
We ship from the Netherlands across Europe. Shipping is free on orders from €40 to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain and Portugal. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery in Europe normally takes 2–7 business days after dispatch.
