Our story

Noörd Naturals began with a simple belief: skincare should be clear, effective, and respectful of the skin.

Behind the brand are two co-founders, Cassandre and Alejandro, a couple based in Haarlem in the Netherlands. Their expertise sits on opposite ends of the same industry — and meets in the middle.

Cassandre spent over 10 years inside leading cosmetic houses as a Quality Manager, holding every formula, process, and production batch to the same uncompromising standard before it ever reached a shelf. Want to know more about it, you can find the LinkedIn profile in the footer of this page.

Alejandro built a career as a cosmetic entrepreneur, with hands-on experience launching and growing beauty brands from the ground up.

Together, that combination — rigor on one side, vision on the other — shapes every decision we make.

We believe in simple routines, Nordic-inspired balance, and science-backed ingredients, formulated with intention, not excess.

Cassandre

Co-founder · quality and creative

Cassandre is a mechanical engineer by training and spent many years in quality roles inside cosmetic companies, including as a quality manager. She knows what Good Manufacturing Practice means on the factory floor: trained people, strict hygiene, the right documentation, and finding where a problem comes from so it does not happen again. At Noörd she brings that mindset to our suppliers and every batch. She also creates our photos, videos and website.

Alejandro is an entrepreneur with an international business-development background in consumer brands and ecommerce. At Noörd he looks after strategy, systems and advertising, and makes sure our serums reach you in nine European countries.
